The implementation condition

Every award we administer requires the recipient to name what will change in practice, involve whoever can change it, and report at twelve months. Half the money is released on the plan, half on the report.

What you will not be offered

A seat on the panel, sight of the shortlist, approval over findings, logo placement on published research, or first refusal on anything commercial that follows.
